"I received the beautiful necklace that you made for my daughter's 18th birthday, which enclosed the ashes of her pet, Smudge.

She was very emotional and loved it, in fact said "This is the best present ever"

I have attached a few photos and would recommend you to anyone i know. You have been so kind and it came in time and it is beautiful xxx
